VRK Industries was established in 1982.VRK Industries was established to provide solutions to the sectors such as Power, Construction, Chemical, Pharma, Distillery etc.,.. The core team of our company has got rich experience in handling technical and commercial aspects of business. We now operate three major facilities and our well developed infrastructure combined set-up spread across 86000 square feet enables us to fabricate the comprehensive range well within time. The Manufacturing unit spread across a sprawling area of 32500 square feet is equipped with all the requisite facilities that enable smooth production process. It is a state of the art, IBR approved facility for manufacturing Deaerators, Heat Exchangers and Condensers Etc. for Indian and International customers.

The company is part of a very prominent business group catering to the industrial requirements across various industries. Today we offer a sophisticated and complex product range, which has resulted in VRK Industries being chosen for critical projects involving the production of specialist pressure vessels and steam turbine components. With over 30 deaerating  feedwater heaters in operation worldwide VRK Industries has gained vast experience in all the areas and applications serving the power generation and other industries. We have competence in design and can supply deaerators guaranteed to meet full compliance with the requirement of our customers.

Our key specialization is the development of new products. As the need to indigenize stainless steel tray assemblies, spray assemblies arose for BHEL. VRK Industries was entrusted with the task of developing these products. We have successfully developed and supplied around 2 lakh tray assemblies without a single rejection till date. Thanks to our broad knowledge and vast array of methods we are able to develop and introduce a new product as required by the customer. Delivering quality on precise and complex projects can only be achieved with application of the latest equipment and technologies, combined with highly experienced and skilled workforce. Our production facilities include the latest machines, equipment and automated welding.

Spray cum tray type Deaerator

This type of deaerator utilizes a vertical tray heater welded to a horizontal storage vessel resulting in a “tank car” configuration. Design and manufacture are in accordance with the HEI,ASME Standards for pressure vessels. A water box assembly is welded in the top of the heater section and contains the VRK spray nozzles and vent piping system. Beneath the water box is the vent condensing chamber, which is contained in the upper third of the tray enclosure, and which provides for intimate steam-water contact and release of non-condensable gases to the vent system.

The lower two-thirds of the tray enclosure houses and positions VRK’s 16 gauge riveted tray assemblies. It is this arrangement that permits the two-stage counterflow heating and deaerating process to function fully contained within an enclosure that isolates all un-deaerated water and corrosive gases from the vessel. Unless otherwise specified, the Spray nozzles, valve mounting plate, vent condensing chamber, tray assemblies, tray enclosure walls and vent pipe systems are stainless steel. Vessel heads and shells are low carbon steel welded steel plate. Heavy support saddles, access openings and connections for piping and accessories are included.
